Mentor Program

The Lavin Mentor Program is one of many valuable resources that students gain access to upon joining the Lavin Entrepreneur Program. In this two-year program, students are matched with an entrepreneur/professional based on common interests and personality. The mentor/mentee pair will meet at least once a month to discuss both personal and professional growth. This meeting could be online, via a phone call or a face-to-face meeting. The mentor may also provide valuable insight on any entrepreneurial venture that the student may pursue.

The mentor/mentee relationship begins with a meet and greet in which potential mentors and students will have the chance to socialize. Following the meet and greet, matches will be made and students will begin building a relationship with their mentor. Each mentor/mentee pair is unique in how they chose to interact with one another. Whether the student is pursuing a business venture, focusing on personal growth , or seeking professional advice the mentor/mentee pair will collaborate to set and complete the student’s goals.  Click on the program link to better understand the two year student Lavin Entrepreneur Program.
