Key Dates

  • September 24, 2024 – CEEC 2025 submission portal opens.
  • October 29, 2024 - Submit your paper (800 words) by 11:59 pm PST (California time).
  • Late-December, 2024 - Acceptance notifications sent.
  • December - CEEC 2025 registration website opens.
  • February 28, 2025 - Roundtable proposal submission deadline by 11:59 pm PST
  • March 7, 2025 - Early-bird registration deadline by 11:59 pm PST (Early-bird conference fee: $495).
  • April 23-26, 2025 - CEEC 2025 at San Diego State University, California, USA.

Pricing

  • Early Bird Registration $495 before March 7, 2025

Driving and Parking

  • Use Parking Lot 7
  • Purchase of a permit requires vehicle information since the permit is virtual and is linked to the license plate.
  • Both PayByPhone and pay stations allow you to extend your parking time via your mobile device without returning to your vehicle.

  • Stops at SDSU Transit Center Green Line
  • Walk 6 minutes to Alumni Center via Aztec Walk
