Key Dates
- September 24, 2024 – CEEC 2025 submission portal opens.
- October 29, 2024 - Submit your paper (800 words) by 11:59 pm PST (California time).
- Late-December, 2024 - Acceptance notifications sent.
- December - CEEC 2025 registration website opens.
- March 7, 2025 - Early-bird registration deadline by 11:59 pm PST (Early-bird conference fee: $495).
- April 23-26, 2025 - CEEC 2025 at San Diego State University, California, USA.

Pricing

Driving and Parking
- Use Parking Lot 7
- Purchase of a permit requires vehicle information since the permit is virtual and is linked to the license plate.
- Both PayByPhone and pay stations allow you to extend your parking time via your mobile device without returning to your vehicle.
- Walk 1 minute to Alumni Center
- Stops at SDSU Transit Center Green Line
- Walk 6 minutes to Alumni Center via Aztec Walk
- Use drop-off point at SDSU Calpulli Center -- 5694 Hardy Avenue
Trolley (21 min)
- Walk 8 minutes to Rio Vista Station
- Board Green Line (Santee) and ride 5 stops to SDSU Transit Center
The easiest way to use the San Diego trolley system is to download the "PRONTO" app and add money to your account. Before you board you must scan your QR code at one of the scanners at each of the stations.
The app also has the most up to date information on arrival times and delays.
Drive/Uber (10 min)
- Take the 8 East
- Exit on Fairmount Ave
- Keep right onto Montezuma Road
- Turn left on 55th Street
- Park in P7 (to the left of Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center
