2023 California Entrepreneurship Educators Conference Call for Proposals

We are now welcoming submissions for the 2023 California Entrepreneurship Educators Conference: ReEngage! The five tracks below describe different activities that can be delivered as part of the conference program. A brief description of each track includes the expected run time and structure for activities.

As you consider your proposal(s), please review and select the submission category which is most appropriate. Duplicate submissions to multiple categories will not be considered. You may submit as many proposals as you like, however, each person is limited to a maximum of two presentation slots on the program. 

Proposal submission policy: By submitting your proposal for consideration to be included in the conference program, you agree that, if accepted, at least one of the proposal authors will attend the conference in person. All proposal authors planning to attend the conference are expected to pay the conference registration fee and all other related travel expenses.

Categories for Proposals:

• Track 1 - Teaching Workshop
  • A 50 minute interactive session which introduces a novel curriculum design, course design, experiential exercise, or case.
    

• Track 2 - Research Workshop
  • A 50 minute guided discussion about a novel research methodology, designing a research agenda, or fruitful areas for future research.

• Track 3 - Teaching Lightning Round
  • A 10 minute quick pitch presentation of a novel teaching topic. These submissions will be placed in a breakout session with roughly 2-3 other quick pitches.

• Track 4 - Research Lightning Round
  • A 10 minute quick pitch presentation of a pre-publication developmental research project. These submissions will be placed in a breakout session with roughly 2-3 other quick pitches.

• Track 5 - Program Overview
  • A 20 minute program overview presentation of a unique academic or co- curricular program. These submissions will be placed in a breakout session with other presentations.
