Lavin Mentorship Tools

Tools used to help mentors and mentees build their relationships

Successful relationships between the Mentor and student entrepreneur rely on a well-matched partnership and a common vision and clear expectations of the mentoring relationship. In addition to a well-matched relationship, The Lavin Entrepreneur Program has established an Action Plan with a few check points that require the student Lavin entrepreneurs to discuss and agree with their mentor on a clear set of goals, milestones and agreed responsibilities/interactions to establish and maintain common and achievable objectives by the end of each semester and the 2-Year program. The Lavin Entrepreneur Program website is your resource to access the forms that once completed should be submitted to the Lavin Entrepreneur Program Administrator to track program progress.

Student Mentee Program Goal
Establishing clear and achievable goals provide important guidance to you as the student mentee and your mentor to work toward during the program. The program goal form is updated each semester to help identify the dynamic nature or personal and professional goals at this stage of your career. This form is to be signed by both the student and mentor.

Student Mentee Milestones
As your program goal is established and updated, the supporting forward looking milestones should also be revised by semester to support the achievement of your program goal. Use this form to establish your milestones and update them each semester.

Program Mentorship Agreement
The Program Mentorship Agreement defines both Lavin Program responsibilities and additional agreed responsibilities, frequency and method of interaction and specific expectations of the student entrepreneur and mentor. This form is to be signed by both the student and mentor.
