Web Developer

About the Role
Power Digital, one of San Diego’s top Digital Marketing Agencies is looking to grow the Web Dev. team! We are located in Old Town, San Diego and are looking for an experienced front-end web developer who is an expert in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, to help grow the development team. This position will help support our current dev. foundation, working with key team members to continue to grow the department and support our awesome clients.

Duties
  • Work directly with Agency Account Managers and other developers to scope projects, provide feedback and input on creative assets and site layout, front-end development, testing and deployment of web projects
  • Play a role in growing development workflows and processes
  • Create web applications based on site maps, wireframes and UI/UX designs
  • Attach CMS to websites as needed
  • Take part in client meetings to discuss requirements, milestones, and deliverables
  • Build agency tools to automate workflows and improve processes


Criteria/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-5 years front end web development experience
  • Experience working with 3rd party CMS’ including WordPress and Magento
  • Expert in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery
  • Having worked with PHP is a plus
  • Cut splice and deploy creative assets

CRO Specialist

About the Company

Our agency specialized in lead generation and driving revenue for our clients. We are currently looking to grow the Conversion Rate Optimization team and looking for a top tier, proven talent!

Duties
  • Own and manage client conversion rate optimization program, strategy development and execution
  • Develop and management of digital experiment roadmap to improve conversion rates and achievement of user engagement goals across all device types and traffic sources
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify consumer needs, channel preferences and areas of opportunity to generate testing hypotheses and new versions of tests
  • Drive individual tests from initial hypotheses through execution, translating results into actionable insights and recommendations the client can execute on
  • Closely partner with the other department teams to establish success metrics, test valuation and measurement requirements for each of their channels and clients
  • Manage optimization platform and site survey vendor relationships including Crazy Egg, Unbounce and Optimizely
  • Collaborate across Digital Acquisition functions (UX, Creative, Front-End Development, Media, IT) to drive execution of the established roadmap
  • Consistently research new platforms and strategies being used in the marketplace to stay on the cutting edge of CRO
  • Produce and present testing roadmap and CRO performance reports to clients on monthly basis in reporting calls


Criteria/Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years agency experience
  • Familiarity with various analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms and strong understanding of data science
  • Experience in the design, development and management of digital testing, targeting and website optimization activities, including A/B & MVT Examples include: Page layouts & designs, marketing messages, product descriptions, calls-to-action, product cross-sell, purchase / quoting experiences and more
  • Ability to facilitate the establishment of clear testing objectives and appropriate KPIs, translating test results (quantitative & qualitative) into actionable business insights
  • Experience creating and delivering clear monthly reports (both written & verbal), recommendations, and presentations to Executive level audiences and client marketing teams
  • Experience with using and interpreting data; recognizing trends and patterns, and using data to drive decision making
  • Demonstrated cross-channel collaboration to develop testing strategy and/or assets for a variety of traffic channels including paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, referral and direct
  • Experience leveraging a customer segmentation strategy to drive hypotheses generation and testing
  • Knowledge of query tools and best practices, including deep experience with at least one major web analytics platform - Google Analytics, Coremetrics or SiteCatalyst
  • A working knowledge of technical frameworks that drive testing experiences, including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML and PHP Entrepreneurial personality and strong ability to think outside the box

Duties
  • Manage large paid search campaigns across various industries

Public Relations Coordinator
