Positions Available

  • Office Intern

    About the Role
    • Helping out each member of the team with different tasks and projects including database management or office supply runs
    • Setting up systems to make things run smoother
    • Doing research and coming back with your clear recommendations
    • Helping with layouts and aesthetics of promotions materials, products, and presentations
    • Finding holes in our business and coming up with creative solutions to solve them
    • Asking more questions then necessary to get the all the details out onto paper



    Marketing Intern

    About the Role
    • Learn how to create and maintain effective marketing campaigns across all interactive media including the Tenable website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, and more
    • See the principles of marketing in action
    • Track, analyze, and report the results of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools
    • Contribute to social networking initiatives, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, and YouTube updates and maintenance
    • Learn how to create, maintain, and report on search and display campaigns in Google Adwords
    • Assist with data entry, clean-up of customer data, and reporting in sales and marketing tools
    • Any other duties as assigned based on company needs and Intern’s strengths/interests



    Social Media Intern

    About the Role
    • Creating relevant content with text and images, updating images along with assembling looks
    • Schedule, monitor and post content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
    • Stay up to date on social media trends using tools and research
    • Engage with online audience and build meaningful conversations around brand
    • Social Influencer & Blogger Outreach
    • Maintain Brands Social Identity



    Sales Intern

    About the Role
    • Take part in the formulation, planning, and execution of Affiliate Sales and Marketing activities
    • Support marketing campaigns by ensuring all marketing material are distributed and shipped in a timely manner to publications and affiliates
    • Prepare marketing presentations
    • Responsible for inventory collateral material
    • Manage and build vendor relations by reaching out and doing research on relevant businesses
    • Compensation can potentially be awarded as commission
