Lavin Center Internship Overview
The Lavin Entrepreneurship Center provides an internship program that provides hard-working students opportunities to work on special projects. Students and employers alike benefit from the Entrepreneur Internship Program at San Diego State University's Lavin Entrepreneurship Center.
The Lavin Entrepreneurship Center's internship program offers both for-profit and non-profit internships and provides graduate students with the opportunity to engage with an organization in the community. MBA and other graduate interns take part in the development of short and long-term projects. Strategic projects range from operations, finance, and management to business development, research and marketing.

We also have internships for undergraduates through our WebCompass program. It is an undergraduate internship program that involves three colleges within San Diego State University. The goal of this semester long internship is for students to complete a website-based project for San Diego small companies and nonprofit organizations. The program is a great learning experience for both the students and organizations involved.
Moreover, the Technology Transfer Office at SDSU, in partnership with the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, offers internship opportunities for SDSU MBA students interested in understanding the process of transitioning a technology to the marketplace. Students involved with the Technology Transfer Office will gain valuable experience in serving as a licensing and marketing associate.
