Ricardo dos Santos

Ricardo Ricardo dos Santos has recently joined Biological Dynamics as head of business development. Ricardo will manage business development, strategy, marketing and fund raising for early stage, molecular diagnostics startup in San Diego with breakthrough solution for early stage detection of cancer using proprietary AC Electrokinetics technology. Ricardo had been an early investor and advisor to the company from inception.

Ricardo was previously responsible for innovation management at Qualcomm. In this role, Ricardo created 'Collective Entrepreneurship', a practice combining crowdsourcing with proven entrepreneurial methods for new business creation, self-forming teams, 'reality training' and leadership development worldwide. Ricardo's professional experience includes having worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and for Volkswagen Consulting, and as a manufacturing engineer for Autoeuropa (VW/Ford JV). Ricardo holds a BS & MS degree in systems & industrial engineering from Louisiana State University, as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
