John Rodenrys

John A seasoned business executive, John has spent more than 30 years in leadership roles at several corporate organizations. Currently, he is the Senior Managing Director of Leading Ventures. Leading Ventures specializes in commercializing early stage technology licensed from universities, federal research labs and private research institutions. Previously he served as COO of Forhealth, CEO of SafetyMate Corporation, President of Vistant, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health (CAH) a Fortune 19 company, VP of R&D at Pyxis, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, VP of Development at Micro-MRP, CEO of Matrix Dynamics, CEO of Medical Data Systems, and management and engineering positions at General Dynamics.

John received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MS in Management Science at USIU. Mr. Rodenrys possesses an APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Management Systems) and is an inventor on four patents. He is an active member of the Tech Coast Angels and is the Co-Author of Production and Management Systems for Business,Prentice Hall, 1990.
