Blue Robbins

Blue Dr. Blue Robbins teaches a variety of upper division undergraduate and MBA courses in the management department specializing in International Business Strategy and Integration, Multinational Business and Comparative Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership. He has taught on the global voyage Semester at Sea program which is a university ship that circumnavigates the globe each academic semester. Dr. Blue Robbins received the "Malcolm A. Love" award at San Diego State University in 2002 for Outstanding Professor. He was selected as the SDSU College of Business Most Influential Management Professor in 2011. He is an active member of the Western Academy of Management, Society for Advancement of Management, and Academy of Management.

Dr. Robbins has been extremely involved in the San Diego State University community since 1995. He has brought many diverse public lectures to SDSU featuring speakers such as Maya Angelou, Edward James Olmos, and Delores Huerta. For over a decade, he advised the Student Recruitment and Retention Board High School Conferences for ten SDSU multicultural student organizations. He has advised the Cultural Arts and Special Events Board and consulted and helped coordinate major SDSU programs including Explore SDSU Open House, Orientation, and Welcome week. He served on President Weber's Border Voices executive committee for children's literacy and poetry and was appointed SDSU "Centennial" Programming co-chair for the 1997 calendar year.
