Sara Sica

Sara Sica is a current MBA Student at San Diego State University (SDSU). As a Marketing Specialist at the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, Sara Sica works to create connections between SDSU students and organizations in the non-profit and corporate sectors

Sara was born in Mexico and spent most of her life in Washington State. Sara attended the University of Washington and graduated with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Microbiology. After graduation, she helped start up a successful dermatology clinic in eastern Washington. She was also on the board of Emerald City Softball Association as the Marketing/Social Media chair before moving to San Diego to pursue her master’s degree.

Sara plans to use her MBA to get a leadership position in the technology and information security sectors where she can utilize skills she learned and fine tuned at SDSU.
