Sam Kaye

Sam Kaye is a senior at San Diego State University studying journalism and minoring in communication. He was born in San Diego and grew up playing soccer and surfing in Orange County. He previously worked as a news writer at KUSI News where he investigated news stories, wrote copy for broadcast news anchors and participated in news production. As a marketing specialist at the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, he is responsible for content writing and developing creative communication strategies.

He enjoys investigating stories and highlighting unique characteristics of individuals through writing. His goal is to apply his writing and communication skills as a public relations professional while contributing to the efforts of an organization that positively impacts the community.
