Josh Krohn

Josh Krohn is a graduate student at San Diego State University studying TV, Film, and New Media. Josh is responsible for creating all of the video content at the Lavin Center. He graduated from University of California, San Diego magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Film.

Josh has won top prize at five film festivals and was a recipient of the Kathleen Kennedy Production Grant, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Scholarship, and the Focal Press Excellence in Filmmaking Award selected by his faculty at SDSU. His newest short film was recently nominated for a regional Emmy Award.

Upon graduation he plans to continue creating film and video content for local, national, and international clients as well as continue to produce and direct narrative film.
